When I push the throttle in about 1 centimeter my blaster stalls, but other than that its fine. I have no idea what the problem is. I just put on FMF pipe and P-Core II silencer with boyeson proseries reeds. Would that have anything to do with it? Any suggestions on what the problem might be would be appreciated.

check your air cleaner and after you install a new aftermarket pipe you must change the jets in the carb to match the pipe.

I bet it is the TORS system, mine did that. To disconnect it take off the nosepiece, and disconnect the plug that looks like a triangle. Does it idle fine? If you just want to see if that's the problem take out the plug and put it back in the cap, ground it so the threads touch the fins on the head, without giving it any throttle kick it over and look for a spark, next try it while holding the throttle in. If it doesn't spark when the throttle is in it is the TORS system.

Hey, blaster668, what is the best place to get the 240 big bore kit for the blaster. Is their a real big improvement with it installed. I was thinking of getting it put in mine. Is their any other mods. that are needed to go with this, like air filter alt., clutch, throttle cable etc...

I think the CTRacing kit is the best. It comes with everything you need and helps a lot. Mine will smoke 250R's and 400EX's in a drag. The kit more than doubles the horsepower. Your clutch will wear out a little quicker because of the extra load put on it, that's why I use a Barnett.
