i just recently took my 2 bikes to the shop and on my yamaha they said that the intake manifold was broken.. now heres the funny part.. i was looking on some microfichs and i cant find anything called or resembles an intake manifold.. now my question is does this really exist? i just got them out today because i was NOT going to pay 1100 !! Dollers just for breaks and tune ups. thats a load of crap can someone give me insight on this mysterpart. and where exactly i could locate it.. i dont have the bikes home just yet they are at my dads work.
Thanks.

I just went to www.ronnies.com They have a section where you can order OEM parts and I could not find the part you listed and nothen on the list was even close to costing $1100.00.
Do you have the part # that they wanted to change?

no sorry i dont. they wanted 1100 bucks to redo the brakes give them tune ups and a service, fix some nuckel joint on the honda and a couple other things.. they say the intake problem is because of my K&N filter and they wnted to put a stock filter on.. i dont see how that would fix things. theres a huge hole in the airbox lid ( i bought it that way) so im wondering if they replaced that or if im going to have to buy one. we didnt pay the 1100 bucks but around 400 i still have to do the rear brakes on my yamaha and find out this part and see if its broken... i will never ever take my bikes into a place to get them fixed. hell im glad me and my friend got them running before we took them down that would have added a whole lot to the bill !
