We have a 99 model Blaster and have not got a chance to get a manuel yet. I need to know what the standard piston diameter is and its' wear limit. Also, standard cylinder bore and the wear limit for it. Thanks.

 

Piston = 65.965-66.000
Bore = 66.00-66.02
Bore size limit = 66.1
Taper limit = 0.08
Out of round limit = 0.05

All numbers in mm

 

you have a micrometer, a bore gauge, and int. micrometer, but no manual? strange!

 

Thanks for the clearance info. Just had the machine for a couple of weeks. It developed what sounds to me like piston slap. Been using MC-1 at 40:1. I needed the clearances now, didn't want to wait another two weeks for the manuel I ordered. Thanks again.
