I JUST KEEP GETTING SCREWED!

first, i ordered paddles tires from speed specialist they screwed my order and i had to go to the dunes on borrowed paddles
second, i ordered a billet bar clamp from alloy specialties it didn't fit
third ,jet hot screwed up my pipe takeing forever (down time)
fourth, i ordered a pro-tect stainless skid plate on 10-29-01 i called on 11-5-01
he told me he shipped it that day (monday) today 11-9-01 i called they told me
it shipped out on tuesday. then 20 mins later they call me and they got the
numbers on my credit card wrong. so it has NOT shipped yet!!
what is wrong with this picture!!!!

i had one good experience with atv addiction than it went down hill,,recreation unlimited has tried to screw me,magic racing never sent my order ,said they forgott ,and yamaha suzuki of arizona took 4 weeks to send me anything than it came in oe pice at a time..but they only filled part of my order..i was a high end auto parts sales man for many years.and if i had ever treated a customer ,retail or wholesale the way myself and every one else gets treated id of been fired..i have yet to find some one who will take my money and just give me what they say they are going to..
be carefull who you deal with and if you are right fight tooth and nail.dont let these people take advantage of you.

I just ordered tires from Rocky Mountain ATV and had a great experiance. First I called and the sales lady was very nice. I placed the order for tires and rims. She gave me the price with shipping. Gave her my info. and she said 6 to 8 business days and I would have everything. She told me the stuff I wanted was in stock. I ordered on a Monday and buy the next Wed. my tire were in just like she said.
I had 2 friends that order from their and their experiance was the same. The customer service lady was one of the niciest I have dealt with. I will in the future order from them again. The price was even lower than what the catalog of theirs said so it was even better.

Isn't it amazing all the bad service & business out there???
No wonder companies call my business all pissed off. Idiots are everywhere !

I feel your pain Mr. VMAX12, I ordered something as simple as a skidplate from DG and the hole in the plate does not come close to lining up with with oil drain plug on my DS. I could not believe this was happening. You would would think DG would test its final products before putting it out on the market. I think the DG stands for (Defective Goods). Well sorry to here about all your misfortunes, I hope they will eventually work out for you.
