question for 2000_warrior_350

I read in another question where you said you did some mods and haad to rejet. I put a white bros e series on my warrior and cant get it to run good at low end and top end together. I rejetted according to instructions but it sounds like it starts to miss when i get to upper rpm in any gear. It pulls great out of the hole then sound like sh##. Here is what all i have done. top end rebuild 1st over with weisco piston. the exaust. rear sprocket and front sprocket add a tooth. It looks like it is rich from spark plug inspection......I took the air box intake off.... should I put some holes in the lid to try to lean it out? It will also Pop when i let off the throutle alothough i can solve thiss by the mixture screw(richer) it will not solve my blubber problem. I did all of this to gain power and am VERY dissapointed with the results!!!!!!
ps the main jet is the largest in the dyno jet kit i purchased. Any set up help would be great. I am frustrated and have been riding it the way it is..
