Hey Dodge, i've heard that the White Bros E-series pipe is good. Also the FMF MegaMaxII might be worth considering. Both pipes come with multiple diffusers for adjusting the power output and quiet core inserts. The FMF is about $40 less depending on where you go. You might also want to install a K&N filter to get some better air flow. My Grizzy is a '00 with no performance mods as of yet, but i've been looking.

I put the clutch kit on a 2000 grizzly that I owned and it was worth the money. It engaged at a lower RPM which let the bike run a little cooler and quieter. You won't really notice how much quieter it is until you get next to another grizzly that doesn't have the kit.

Hey thanks GrizzlyJ!!! I was also thinking about a supertrapp IDS 2 pipe. I would like to put on a K&N air filter kit but I ride in to much mud and sand and I don't think that it could hold up to my expectiations, either that or I would have to clean it after each ride.

Thats funny, I've have a grizzly and encountered 0 problems having to with wiring and belt slippage, and I sink mine up above the tires on a normal basis.

Wanna go mudding?

onlydodge,
the only mods I've made to the Grizzly was the clutch kit, and a K&N filter. I hope you enjoy
your bike as much as I enjoyed mine it was a fun bike. I recently traded mine in on a 450s. I had a little trouble with mine vapor locking when riding slow speeds for extwended periods of time. I used mine for hunting and riding thruogh palmettos ans swampy areas. I took back to the dealer several times with no avail. So I decided to get the Honda for my style riding. I sure miss the speed but I don't miss the heating up problem.
