No, Im sorry Titan but I believe you are mistaken. The Big Bear is a 400, 386cc's to be exact and there is only one engine size that all Ranchers come with, a 350, 329cc's to be exact. Therefore a Big Bear in reality is 57cc's larger than the Rancher. Just thought I would help clear things up.

its a tough deceision, i bought the big bear 4x4 and it rips in the woods, on the other hand my couos has a '90 honda 300 4x4 4trax it is i nexcellent shape! runs great too, and he is no small man riding it ll this time. (over 300 lbs). for me it came down to displacement and price. good luck

foneguy my broher just got his 02 Big Bear today and it is awesome. Great power but with that $69 Warn winch with the Big Bear mounting kit it was hard to beat. The lowend power is awesome and it is a totally proven machine as is the Rancher but the extra cc's are nice on the Big Bear. Not the fastest machine but it was not ment for that. Great choice on the Bear.
