Blaster clutch mess up!!

Hi All,
New to the place looks cool, Anyways my budy has a 2000 blaster and we were changing the clutch out and on the reinstall we or I should say me HEHE, stripped the center push rod srew and bolt, my question is how do you get the middle bolt off so you can pull the basket and everything else out. If any one even knows how to get the center bolt off probably any clutch pless let me know how. Helps give me some info as soon as possible. Thanks

You can either use an impact wrench on it, or you can put it in 6th, and block off the rear tires from moving (bar between the chain and sproket, or parking break both work) and use a large wrench on it.

Hey 250rampage2, Thanks for the info it worked out great, one more question for u or anyone else, now that I have the clutch out how do u get the center push rod out, thats the part that got stripped and I need to replace it, any help would be great thanks

I think you can try filing the threads on it with a small three conner file, do it carefully though! If not, then I am pretty sure you have to split the cases, and If I remember correctly, the transmission gears are attached to the pushrod. (At least it was this way on my YZ.)
