i have a 11.5:1 piston, bigger cam, yoshi exaust, and jetted to 145-150. the question is if i replace the stock filter (replacement filter opinion:insert here)will i need to change the jetting again?

YES, get the pro-design kn filter set up, then up your jetting to 150-155 main
and 25 pilots. you won't be disappointed.
