Calling on the Banshee Gods.....

Guys, I just installed a set of Fattys + P-core 2 silencers and a jet kit (custom longer needle set at 4th groove down and 300 mains and 32.5 pilots) on my bro's '00 'Shee. This "KIT" was purchased from Alba Racing....it's their needles too. The problem only occurs when the throttle is WFO....their is a slight bog when the machine is loaded up (gear shift-pulling out)that goes away after some clutching action. I suspect this is a slight lean condition on the mains and I was gonna add the air box lid (with a couple of holes drilled in it) too see if this condition goes away. What do you think? The plug looks good now.
The only other mods are a pro-flo (foam) and a 7 degree timing key.
By the way, these pipes have more bottom end than the stockers and trail ride great. Also, these pipes sound nice while not being overly loud, are away from your legs, and with the 32.5 pilots idle action is spot on.
All replies are mucho appreciated.

We need to know a bit more to help you with your jetting, things like temperature and altitude but i can tell you one thing for sure, the 7 degree timing key is for short distance drag racing only get rid of it as soon as possible. For trail riding, dune riding you must not advance your timing more than 4 degrees.

Elevation is about sea level and the temp was about 35 degrees. The only stipulation for using the key is the machine must not see extended wide open operation. THis machine does not see "extended" wide open operation. THis key is also recommended for moto-x racers as well. The machine does not heat up during fast trail riding.......with easily over 60+ hours on the machine from 80 degree weather to the beforementioned 35 degrees. The key was an excellent choice for the riding conditions the machine is used for.....that packs definate gains. It never sees over 2 or 3 races back-to-back.....to be on the safe side. Thanks very much for the reply.

Backcountry....thats what I was gonna try.....if everything cleans up, I may leave the lid on (with maybe a couple of holes) for winter time service and take it off for the summer temps. THat would be ideal with no extra jetting. Be tough not too see whats "available" now though, so it could see some larger mains...hehe.
