help with this site

No offense, but Netscape is bogus. Netscape came bundled with my new ISP software, and I had trouble with everything. It got to a point where I had to keep both Netscape and IE handy depending on which website I was going to. I was reluctant to use IE because I had been using Netscape since 3.0, but now IE 5.5SP2 rocks.

I'm pretty sure the basic problem is that ATVConnection.com is on servers running Micro$oft server software (NT Server, likely). Those nice fellas at Micro$oft have made it so that some versions of NT Server WILL NOT serve to some versions of Netscape, which makes it quite difficult to browse the web as one normally would, unless you have Micro$oft's own Internet Explorer. Luckily, the forums here are NOT located on servers that block Netscape. Instead of going to the front page, www.atvconnection.com and clicking to the forums, instead come DIRECTLY to the forums (http://forums.atvconnection.com), and you'll have no problems at all.
Also, if you can find a slightly older version of Netscape (4.0 usually works with most anything), it may rectify your problems.

I seriously doubt that this has any bearing on it, but right after I made my previous post, I sent an e-mail to atvconnection's tech support, saying that the site wouldn't work with Netscape. I dunno if they fixed/changed something because of my e-mail (maybe there were other people that had complained, too?), or perhaps it's just a coincidence...
Either way, I'm glad I can use Netscape again.
