Wolverine Jet Kit
#12
So far so good, i have not had to do any more adjusting, and I have roughly about 350 miles on it now. Now I just need to work on replacing my worn out Black Waters so i can climb the snow covered power line trails. Just got a fresh 3 days of snow, so a couple more days for the snow machines to pack in the deep powder, and I'll be back out test running some more. I would have to say that as of now the installation is considered completed.

I called Dynojet and they recommended all 12, so I ran all 12. It ran fine for a while and then started to cut-out alot with full throttle. The accelleration is great and the low end is great. Now I am stuck with what to do. Should I run fewer disks(4) or what? If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

Well, a quick and easy way to determine if it to rich or to lean, is to take out 3 or 4 disks, and see if it gets better or worse. Your going to richen up the motor by taking out disks, if it gets worse, then you may have to go back to 12 disks plus drop down to the #150 jet supplied with the kit. I played with the disks first, since I could add and subtract disks within a few minutes and be back out test riding it. Also, make sure you have the ATV completely warmed up each time to get a accurate reading of how it's doing. Dialing in can be a bit&%, so good luck, but don't get discouraged. I am still very happy running 11 disks and the #150 jet in mine so far, it was the smoothest setup I came up with throughout the entire rpm range.

So far I'm pleased with the Supertrapp IDS2..Its only been on for about
two weeks. I added the jet kit and exhaust, and filter , and I still need to run it for a full day/weekend... been too busy.. The pipe was easy to put on
and it has a good deep sound. I got mine from Rockymountain for 189.00
It is the quiet core model.. I have been gathering data on recent posts
if I need to change my tuning...I currently run all 12 discs, and I installed the designated 155 jet from k&n. If you do get the pipe
you will have to get the exhaust gasket that is on the inside of the
stock pipe that connects at the head pipe. Mine was in good shape, and
I sprayed it with wd 40 and it came out without getting torn up...
