Sure, but it can't be that much. What is the stock tire size and what is the toe in setting?

went from 25/8/12, 25/10/12 to 27/9/12 and 27/12/12. the books calls for 0 to 13mm toe in. ran string last night and i have 0 toe in. wheels looked pretty straight. try them and see how it handles.

You always need to have some toe in on any vehicle. Set yours for an 1/8" to 1/4" toe in.

I set my quad on a nice flat surface. Put the handlebars so they look straight. Then I roll it forward so the tire makes at least one full revolution. You're supposed to measure from the center of one tire to the center of the other tire. Do not roll the quad to take another measurement. You need to take both the front and rear measurements without moving the quad. You mentioned 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock. Well because your frame and steering is in the way your measurements are probably more like 4 o'clock and the front is like 10 o'clock. If you mark your tires and then roll the quad you're going to get the same measurement. Also after you make any adjustments to the steering arms you have to roll the quad forward one revolution all over again, then measure again.
