For everyone that thinks that griz is being jerked around...........You are wrong. I have contacted him off the board. The funny thing is I havent heard back from him. It seems to me that if he was actively persuing this, I would have heard back from him and this whole situation would have been settled months ago and this post would have never happened. I dont know his schedule but I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he hasnt had time to reply to me as of yet.
Things will be taken care of. Shawn also wants to post his side of the story here.

In reply to b370, my e-mail notication from ATV Connection, of his latest response, to my post about K&K, was available at 6:06am this morning and I not on my computer that early in the morning. I have just e-mailed him a personal e-mail stating the facts again, "that are verifiable" but I won't post them here now, because I am not on here to get into a p---ing contest with K&K. I think this thing is close to being resolved. It's always easy to look back to see how all of this could have been prevented and or handled better. As I have said before K&K seems to have a good reputation and the owner is well known and well liked from what I hear. And I really appreciate b370 stepping in here and helping out.

It looks like this case is taken care of, just got off the phone with Chris at K&K and he will be crediting my Mastercard as soon as possible, if not immediately, for the $1729 for the returned parts on June 13, 2001. K&K ATV was in the process of moving this summer and it look like the paperwork sent with the UPS packing slip got lost along with the box. Anyone who cannot see how that is possible is not being realistic. Looking back it's easy to see that things could have of been handled differently, another part of the problem was, that my credit card company led me to believe that they were working on this too, while they were doing nothing.
As we used say when I was flying choppers in Vietnam,"Anything that can happen will happen.

Hey Grizrodder, I think anyone who has ever been in your situation, with ANY company, can appreciate how choked you were. I know from personal experience that this kind of actions can REALLY irritate a guy. To those of you who have never had some bad luck, consider yourself lucky!!! Sounds like it is all sorted out anyways and hopefully you'll be out chucking mud rather than getting dragged through it!! Kudos to K&K for getting this all sorted out.

As an "after-off-topic-thought".....Grizzrodder, did you hear anything about the ATV racing in Skowhegan being done away with? I was at Carquest the other day and some guys I know were talkin' about it, and one said he got a letter in the mail stating "No more quad races......" I was just curious if you may know anything about that or not.........Latah......
