I ordered over $1700 worth of parts for my new Banshee last May. K&K shipped the stuff without the Works shocks I had ordered, but still charged my credit card for them. Called and was told that they would be shipped in a couple of weeks, still no shocks, called again and said they were going right out. After waiting almost another month I complained to my credit card company and one of my options was to ship the stuff back that I had received, and the credit card company said that K&K had to credit my account in 30 days. After two months nothing had happened, was still getting billed for the $1729. Complained to the credit card company, had me send in proof ect. that K&K had received the parts back. After jacking around with the credit card company for over 5 months my attorney said to call K&K, they replied that they would call me back, never heard back from them. Anyone have any ideas, as K&K has been faxed, e-mailed, and certified mailed, and still no response. Anybody know these guys that could step in and help with this, I do not have much rope left. K&K ATV probably has a good explanation, I just can't get thru to them.

i met both husband and wife there they are one of the nicest people i have ever met. including there dogs. the guy even gave me a free set of reeds in almost new shape becuase he didnt have any in stock ((theres not many people who would do that in this world)). i dont know what happened to you or whatever but these people are the most down to earth people i met in a long time and seem to care about all there customers and there business. somehow i dont think we got the whole story here and im sure more people will back me that have met them personaly. there prices are usualy a dollar more than other companys, but they treat me nice and with respect. they once sent me the wrong front sproket it was for a 400ex and i had a R,they ate all shpping and replaced it even thou i opened it((not one complaint from them)). also i must say NACS treated me right before also. i treat people with respect when i call and meet them and they usualy treat me with respect right back.

Wow, I am suprised to hear that...I order stuff from them and never a prob...I thought they were really nice people, once I even called real late to hear if they had a message machine, they answered and even took my order after hours... I think you should call them and be polite and explain what is going on.

I have to agree, K&K is pretty damn shady. I bought an '87 Honda 250R engine from them. They said that it was rebuilt and it had just been broken in. They also claimed that the cases were in great shape with no damage. What a load of CRAP!!! When I got the engine, both outer cases had damage and had been JB welded to fill the holes. The clutch was worn out, luckily I still had my old engine and used the components out of it. Also, the stator and other inner electrical components has rust on them from where they had been exposed to moisture for an extended period of time. For $1200, I got screwed by K&K Cycle. I should have just rebuild my old engine (2nd gear let loose in it). I'm surprised that so many people say good things about them. Perhaps it was because I was on the west coast at the time so they sent me the crappy stuff.

As a very satisfied customer, and an amateur MX(which recieves rider support) from K&K, I must say that you are VERY unlucky. K&K is by FAR the best company I have ever dealt with, and I gladly run their graphics on my quad. I am very sorry about your experience with K&K, but Shawn is absolutly, 100% the nicest guy you will EVER meet. His wife is the same. I am POSITIVE they will work things out with you.
One more thing, please read this if nothing else in my post. K&K Racing sponsors one of the winningest racing teams in this nation, and are VERY VERY busy this time of year. K&K is a racing oriented company, and racing only. GNC and GNCC races are getting started, so that means that Shawn will be busy with all of his riders. I know you aren't happy about your situation, but I can guarantee K&K will make it right.

If I knew these guys, I would step in to see what the story is. I would hate to see a company that I like get trashed to the point others won't order from them. Maybe one of you guys can ask them what the story is. One thing nobody wants to endure is an audit conducted by the Attorney General's office.

Like I was saying, have heard some good things about these guys, its a real mystery why they will not respond and do the right thing. May be a case of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing at K&K, does not change the fact that I have been paying interest on the stuff since last June,and making payments on over $1700 since it was all returned. I realize that that is not a big amount of money for K&K. For the average person, that is a bit of money. And I do not want to see them get trashed either, I'd hope we get this resolved, and they can explain with a little credibility what happened, I would be glad to go on here and eat crow if I am wrong about something, but the facts are as I have stated them. Like I said, I do not know what to think. Put yourselves in my shoes, anybody else know these guys that can help get this straightened out. I did not come on to start a p___ing contest, and trash K&K. I'am almost at the end of the rope here.
