I would like to thank b370(Walter) for his help in getting all this taken care up, sounds like he is a good friend of Shawn's at K&K ATV, the kind of guy the rest of us would like for a friend. I just wanted to mention that I found out that Shawn has more on his plate, things going on his life, than most people could handle. Can't go into it, but I trust what Walter has told me, and I can relate to what is going on, and wish Shawn and K&K ATV the best. Sounds like they have a lot of good friends, like Walter, and I am sure that that number will grow in the future. In hindsight I would have like to have done things differently. I have learned that you cannot trust your credit card company, and if you have a problem do not let them tell you that not enough time has elapsed for something to be taken care of. If they are not doing what they are supposed to within 45 days you need to jump on them hard, document everything,"return receipt mail", that you send them, and stay on them, because they will string you along forever. Another thing I should have done is call and talked to Shawn personally, and maybe I could have resolved this much sooner. Any one interested in racing or just modifying your quad should consider K&K, they have some of the top racers in the country riding for them. I think that it shows that they are reputable company, because of the short time it took to get all this resolved. It looks like K&K will contact my credit card company Monday Jan. 28 to get my account credited for the returned parts, I was told by Chris.
