My brother has a 2000 warrior that won't rev up. The carb cleaned out. The jets look fine, he said they are set right. Just will not take throttle. Have a clue what could be wrong with it?

is the throttle cable broke, or is there something broke inside where the cable hooks to the carb?

Check that infamous parking brake adjustment. It's a likely culprit. If you can't do it yourself have a dealer adjust it.

Try replacing your spark plug too. Does it stall when you try to rev it up? Does it seem like it is missing when you rev it?
