Are these kits the same parts simply repackaged or is there an actual difference in the taper of the needle ? Although they may look the same, a very suble difference could be hard to see. If truely different, which seems to work best with a Raptor (slip-on and K&N air filter)?

I believe they are one and they same. My K&N kit had Dynojet part numbers and instructions.

Either would work good with the Raptor as they are the same parts.
