Bead leeks

I stopped the leaks in my paddles by breaking them down completely from the rim and used a grease gun and put a bead all around on both sides. Just wipe off the excess when you seat them again. Works great.

I ended up putting a tube in the tire. Works fine now. Still holding air. This is not what I would perfer but it will do.
