I have swapped my rims a little ago, and in order to clear he caliper, ahd to mess with the valves, thus taking the tire off (actually breaking the bead and messing with tire in place was enough).
Anyways. I ut everything back together, and my right tire gets flat. Oops. By spraying water, I notice that small bubbles com from the bead, on1/2 circumference of the rim. I take it off, clean the bead of the rim and the tire (it was full of dirt...now I get why it was loosing air), and put it back together. I check again to see if the bead is sealed properly. It looks like it. I go riding, and within 1 hour...my tire is flat. I again inflated it to 25 psi, sprayed with water...the bead is correct (no bubbles), the valves also, amd the tire isn't supposed to be punctured. My question is WHERE? by where can air get out? I think I've looked at it all around...and this thing still looses air!!

If you can't find a leak with 25..count 'em 25 pounds of air, then you don't have a leak. You must have hit a rock and knoched the air out of the tire. Happens to me all the time....just hit a rock a certain way and the air is squeezed out.

knocked the air out???????????????? I did hit a lot of stuff (hard snow banks) and several times. Maybe that's the cause...but it never happened before...and I don't want this to happen again...how can I prevent it. After the ride my tire was flat. flat flat flat. not underinflated. flat.

check your valve stem. Is that piece inside loose? you may have to screw it in tight. If that's not it get a bucket, trash can, tub, whatever and fill with water, rotate the tire around till you see the bubbles from the hole.

Yep the valve stem is perfect. brand new, tight...the ones facing inside are filled with loctite () and silicone.
I tried the tub technique. And no bubbles. I'll see tonight if the tire is flat. I left it this morning with 25psi (he'll earn how life goes!! ). If tonight he lost air...then I better look again. If not, then the problem is when riding.

Unless I get an actual flat, mine never goes completely flat when I hit a jagged-edged rock. I just bungee cord some tire inflator on the quad and air my tires up as necessary when this happens (which is more often in fast, rocky conditions).

Take the entire wheel off, inflate tire, put it in the bath tub full of water, and find the leak. If it is at the bead, deflate the tire and when it is totally dry hold the tire bead away from the rim and squirt a bead of brake fluid all around the bead of the tire. Re-inflate to your prefferred psi.

That's what I did....and why I'm posting. I can't see any @#$#$%@ bubbles when I put the tire underwater. And after the ride, the tire was flat...and no bubbles. There is the problem. No air comes out, but it does :~

Oh, well..you didn't say you submerged the wheel, only sprayed water on it. No clue then.

If you have exhausted all methods of leak detection, I would assume that the tire is the wrong size for the rim, At 25 PSI it may be seating correctly, But once you drop it down below 10psi, and put it on the ATV (weight on one side) it might be pushing the bead up, or in, causeing an air leak. I always check my tires at running pressure, on and off my ATV.
