What do I do with the two wires that has the cigarette charging looking things on the end of them?

Disconnect them! The parking break sensor has a single connector with both wires running into them. Simply unplug this connection. That will disable the rev limiter that is activated when the parking brake is applied. The other sensor is for the clutch. When you disconnect this sensor, you will see that each wire has a simple male-female connector. Unhook the sensor and plug the wires from the quad into each other. Now the clutch sensor will be disabled and the starter button will be live. That is, if you hit the starter button whether you are in gear or not or if the clutch is pulled in or not, the starter will work. If you do not plug these wires back into each other, the starter only works when the quad is in neutral no matter if the clutch is pulled in or not.
