i have a '98 banshee and here's what i've got so far:
pro flo kit
vito degree key

tell me what you think about the toomey t5's.

what do you think of maier racing plastic? What does it look like?

i just bought a motion pro twist throttle. is it mind-boggling to drill into those carbs or is it pretty easy?

does anyone in the tampa, fl. area know of any places that powdercoats frames and sand blasts engines.

does the reed spacers make that big a difference?

please respond. i need to know these things.

You can't completly go on what I say but kinda. T5 s good pipe for top end (opion), cheap, doesn't shine (fact),????,????, from what I heard they do help if you give more fuel I think, so I hope I can help some more, joke.

t-5 r a good pipe a little weak in the bottom but pull hard up top-pro flow over key not because the degree key is bad but because the stock air filter kit is so bad.Maier plastic is not as shinny as stock-and it breaks, full bore is a better choice, and don't waste your money on reed spacers-jack

The maier plastic is not bad at all, in fact.. I love mine. It shines right up, and is very durable. Check it out and see the shiny for yourself!

That 350x was fine. A friend has one in just as good of shape and wants to sell it but doesn't know for how much, any suggestions?
Fullbore has red plastic for the raptor FINE. Check out poweroll's site.

pro flo kit <~ good, had it, would do it again
vito degree key <~ good, had it, would do it again

tell me what you think about the toomey t5's. <~ had these, very HIGH end rpm wise type of pipe, terrible down low, I wouldn't suggest these unless you run in the sand..

what do you think of maier racing plastic? What does it look like? <~ no help on Maier, but the UFO stuff is perfectly identical to the factory stuff... I highly suggest it if you want a factory look

i just bought a motion pro twist throttle. is it mind-boggling to drill into those carbs or is it pretty easy? < ~ no idea, never did it

does anyone in the tampa, fl. area know of any places that powdercoats frames and sand blasts engines. <~ can't be help here, I live in cincy

does the reed spacers make that big a difference? <~ better reeds like the Vforce 2 make a much bigger difference

A better choice on the pipe would be the new FMF SST's.

Toomey's are too much of a top end pipe for my tastes, but then Im biased! I like FMF fatties, have never ridden the SST's.

The Twist throttle is pretty easy to do, just make sure you have the drill bit straight.

If nothing else, dump the stock air-filter setup. Get the Pro-flow and either a K&N w/ outerwear or a foam type( I run a K&N and have had no problems...
