RaptorRidingOut~

Where do you get the outerwears for K&N's? I'm going with an HMF, jetting up and and K&N, but would like the outerwears.

Thanks for any help...

i just want to know if the outerwears will affect the jetting. hate to go back and rejet again.

Yeah, that's too bad. I would have preferred that he hit the wall! Gordon too for that matter.

I agree with Raptor18's initial comments....just don't get crazy tightening the clamps. This is the same set-up I use....and it should take care of the lean idle circuit that you have.

I got my Outerwear from Graydon proline when I ordered my airbox...it was like 12.00 dollars.

When you said to cut out my snorkel, ect, I have allready done that, in the k+n power-up kit, i jetted for &quot;stage 2&quot; which means i took and removed the restrictor out of the snorkel, however, it still seems to run &quot;lean&quot; could it be because i have it jetted for a stock exhaust setup, and i have the sparky removed? When i put it on choke a little bit, the stumble-off idle seems to go away. also, my k+n came with a outerwear, so i woulden't say it is &quot;dirt sucking&quot;.
