Anyone hear if Yamaha is covering the weak valve springs under warranty?

I would say probably not but you can call them and find out. They will probably say they never heard of a problem. If they say that tell them to get ahold of Mickey dunlop and i bet he'll tell them there is a problem.

mtecate4g how do you like your chain? Also if you got new springs with your clutch is it real stiff, and how did you fix it?

Chains great. It was expensive but when i have snapped most other brands its worth it in the long run. The one i have is the titanium series chain. The clutch will pull hard with the heavier springs but unless your running a big bore high HP engine you should be able to run the stock springs. Thats what i did. I did the same thing on my 01 Raptor and never had a problem with the clutch.
