I was thinking about getting a split fire spark plug for my blaster, but do they really make a difference compared to an ngk plug?

Stick with NGK's. Splitfire's burn too hot, and will melt your piston. NGK gives a lower spark temp, and is a better spark plug.

Do split fire spark plugs make a difference?

Yes, to the Mitch Payton's ProCircuit/Splitfire SX racing team. They need your money to continue to race and pay Mike Brown, etc. Do they make a difference to your Blaster? NO. Like Lonestar said, the NGK's are of better quality and cheaper to boot.

I've had 2 Blasters, 1 LT250R, 2 300EX's, 1 400EX, and a Raptor. I've tried Splitfire's in all of them. They made no difference on my Raptor, and the 2 300EX's. They did make a noticeable difference on the others however.
