Were those the Yamaha 250 quads that the importer from ????? built in the early nineties out of the de-funct Tri-Zs?? I think there were only a couple of hundred of them made If I am not mistaken.
Seemed like a hot quad to have. Never figured out why Yamaha stayed out of the 250s to make a Banshee instead. The 250 would have definitly been a better seller. Not to mention the free advertising every weekend at the race track. Who knows where the 250 would have went. It could have been as succesful as the Honda 250R was. Who knows.
