lonestarbanshee,
All I can say is having warts removed is not a good feature. I still have a nice hole on my heel that leaks just little now. Johnson & Johnson earnings have increased because of the increased Band-Aid production that was caused by the blood loss at first. I still walk funny but I think there will be some good come out of this. I will have to shift very carefully because of the foot pain when I am on the Raptor so this will give the shifting from first to second a break and therefore I will lose the race to see whose transmission goes first. I will bet that garyc660r's goes first and I can blame it on the warts for my loss.

I've seen Raptors for sale here in MI with the piggyback rear shock and white springs. I don't know if they were late '01's or early '02's.

95Warrior,
There 01's all right. I just bought a can of special spring yellow spray paint from the local hardware store and I heading out to the garage for some serious work.

95Warrior,
Were they blue Raptors or black/white ones? I forgot 02 blue Raptors do come with white shocks. Its just I don't think of Raptors as being blue.

We finally get the REAL reason why Chet wants to stay in the house this winter. Rode from 3pm 'till 9pm yesterday and the tranny worked flawless. Besides the potential tranny problem......the Raptor flat rocks!

LOL, I have been exposed. When I started to see Mark Martin (6) racing around on TV in his Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word  Ford and saying Free sample 6 pack of Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word  hey I couldn't get to the phone fast enough for a free check up.
About another 4 weeks of winter weather around here and the Raptor will come out of storage and hitting the roads and trails again. Its such a pitiful site to see a Raptor as a storage device for old cloths and blankets stacked on it.

Bill, re-read my initial post. The quote states day 2 the Raptor was in the lead! The race covered 3 days.
