Funny you should ask, I was curious about the same thing awhile ago.
They're not the same at all. Pretty much everything about them is different, including the side of the motor that the cam chain runs on.
Not to say that you couldn't put an XT motor into a Warrior, but don't count on there being any interchangable parts.
