Are you refering to the chattering of the rear brake? Everyone I know with a Grizz has this problem. I just don't hit the brakes anymore <grin>

no im not refering to the chattering, on my atv it sounded like beach sand between the pads and disc. my brakes constantly dragged, yamaha couldnt fix it, so they replaced the defective caliber. the chattering, or clanking noises are common on most yamaha products, atleast from my expience.

mudslinger when i first got my grizzly my brakes got hot, they was sticking.i took it back to the dealer and they adjusted them and that fixed it .from then to 600 miles later,i parked it and dident ride for about a week, went to ride one day and when i hit the back brakes,it sounded like the gears was trying to strip, but the grizzly runs great and pulls great im thinking that maby my brakes are cristelized what do you think.thanks
