25" or 27" mudbugs on Grizzly 660?
#1
Since the new grizzly sits up fairly high, and is a little narrower than some of the other bikes out there...would the 25" rubber be better than the the higher 27" tires. The grizzly is also geared farily tall and the bigger tires would probably take away alot of acceleration from this great bike? This will be a trail and mountain climber bike Not a mudder bike for my application. Any help or input will be appreciated.

Heck no. I will say this though. You're right in the comment that it's a tall, narrow quad. Putting the offset ITP rims and wider tires on it made ALL the difference in the world for my kind of riding. I wouldn't neccessarily say it's top heavy, I have never rolled it yet, in stock form, or the current modded form. Biggest difference is I don't crease my seat on steep off camber stuff anymore like I used to with the stock setup. It takes some getting used to, as with any quad, but I'd never say it was unstable. Hope this helps.
