Jetting's pretty straight forward. Exactly what 'help' do you need?

PADZZ~

Was that question directed to me?

4X4mudslinger~

Tcat1000 told me about it. I don't know why HMF doesn't have it on their web site yet.

GRizster~

I got pretty near everything from East Kentucky Motorsports(Wheels, tires, HMF, K&N, Jet Kit) The armor is yamaha, so that came from the dealer. (as are the overfenders)

Hey guys. my friend thinks he knows alot about quads and says that the k&n air filter does absolutely nothing. So according to him, all you guys are waisting your money. I strongly disagree, could you back me up on this one, so i can print it out and rub it in his face or coarse.

Grizster~

Not a problem. You'll find they're a good bunch of folks there, and they certainly have my business tied up.

Lsnake~

Well, and this is just my opinion, that could be correct and incorrect depending on a few items. There's a lot more knowledgable folks here that can correct me if I'm wrong. But, if you have an excellent breathing filter right now, you may not notice much difference, but the K&N should last longer. Just adding an airfilter alone, likely you may not really notice the difference. I happen to believe that in order to see improvement you have to address both ends of the equation, literally speaking. If you remove your intake restrictions (crappy airfilter, restricted air box) you also need to remove the exhaust restrictions (stock exhaust) To see improvement you have to be able to feed it more and let that exit too. So, it kinda all works together. Then, of course, sense your allowing it to breath and exhaust more, you need to rejet to run right, and that should be a performance boost.

To those of you running the ITP C Series wheels. It appears that the offset is quite a bit different from stock, at least it looks wider. Has anyone measured how much width this adds? Is the offset that different from the stock 5-1/2 + 1-1/2? ITP states that their wheels are 5 + 2. Or are you guys reversing the rims to get the extra width?

From what ITP told me the overall width would only increase by 1/2" each side. From the looks of the photos here, it looks like 2-3 inches wider each side. Is that so?
