I was considering a Grizzly, and was wondering if the front locks in for true 4wd. Or is it a slip diff in the front. If so, what year did they start this in?

Thanks!

I don't own one of the 660 Grizzlys, but I can answer that question for you. It does lock the front dif so that you have absolute 4WD. 2002 was the year it started.

When you select 4 wheel drive it will be in limited slip mode in the front. Great for steering. Then press a second button and the frontend locks solid. This is the setup on the 02' Grizz.
