i've had two dealers here tell me that they cannot get 175 or 185 jet sizes from yamaha. is this true? what do i do now? i've noticed others that have listed these sizes being used.

 

If you can't get the size you need you will have to get some jet drills & gauges & do them your self.

I do this a lot on my Weber carbs. You should be able to do them on Raptor jets as long as their not tapered. If they are mabey jet reamers will work but you won't be able to gauge them so only take off a little at a time.

 

Trinity sent me a 180 and a 187.5 , so they must be out there.

 

will you need anything else with those trinity jets like new needles etc.? thanks everybody.
