Do everyones warriors clutches not engage right away when they are first started? I just got a 02' and I have to let it warm up a while or the clutch wont engage...Is this normal? Once it warms up it is fine but when it is cold and in this cold weather it is like I dont even have the lever pulled in when I put it in gear if it isnt warmed up for 5 min. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean engage or disengage??

Alot of machines will not clutch properly in cold weather upon initial startup due to a lack of engine oil on the clutch discs.

If there is no oil on the clutch discs, they will stick together until the oil gets there. The thicker your oil, the longer it will take. The colder the weather, the longer it will take.

Use 10W40 motorcycle oil and warm it up a bit before pulling in the lever.

Your warrior is fine. In cold weather your oil is thick and maves very slowly and the gravitational pull, pulled your oil to the bottom of the Motor. IF Your warrior does this when it is warm, try adjusting the clutch cable.
