I don't know much about either of the pipes, but Hetricks are always at the local races near my house. They seem like a quality company that knows what they are doing. I have heard some bad things about Trinity's customer service though.

People will always hear good and bad about shops. In most cases it is no different than the Ford/Chevy wars. Trinity is a world wide company. With such a major market share I would expect that more people would hear of the occasional shipping issue as compared to a smaller local shop (not that Hetrick is small or just local).

I will say that Trinity has the best pipe guarantee in the business. I believe it goes something like this:

Buy a Trinity Pipe and try it against any and all other pipes. If you aren't absolutely convinced that the Trinity pipe is the best, send it back for a full refund. -- Trinity has offered this guarantee for at least the last ten years that I am aware.
