Don't chrome your swingarm, it's stock Suzuki right? If you do it will flex and chip the chrome off. Get it polished, or polish it yourself. There something everyone is talking about, called Mothers Metal Polish or something, but I don't know where to get it, anyone know? Your A-Arms might be alright if they're chromed because don't most people put some sort of plastic over the arms?

If all your going to do is ride in the sand the chrome will hold up extremely well. I have 2 Banshees that have chrome frames, a-arms, swingarms, and everything else and they hols up very well. We do only ride in the sand or on the street though, I wouldn't take it in the mud and rocks. As far as the swing arm goes on your LT it will definatly flake off, I've never seen one that didn't. You can polish it or buy an aftermarket arm (lots of $ though). Hope this helps!

I would go with polishing. Another thing to consider with chrome is the extra weight it will add. Chroming could possible chip and crack, and then it will look like crap. Polishing the aluminum will look good without adding weight.

Did you know that in some cases, chroming a special alloy of metal can change his moleculare structure and make it weaker. Chroming is not just a coat of metal. It's done by electrolyse and could change the property of some alloy.
