I ran into this problem when I put a 38TMX on my polaris. I took the throttle cap off and used a dremel tool on the places where the throttle arm hit the case at idle and WOT. Come to think about it, I also did the same when I installed the PE38 on the 250x. This give the arm a longer area for travel.
