im finally getting my raptor back this weekend. im tired of haveing to only be able to ride the 400ex, there was more wrong with it then what we thought, they replaced 2nd gear, 3rd gear, 2 shifting forks, some other kind of fork, the whole clutch and the piston rings, i cant wait to get it back i haven't heard how much its going to cost yet.

 

ccreraptor, please let me know if they warranted your tranny or if you were over the 6 month period or what ever the details.....going through a warrany thing with my dealer now about my tranny. any info would be helpful! thanks

 

when i still had my 01 Raptor i got my trans fixed for free 3 months out of warranty. I have heard of a few others that had the same and some that they atleast covered parts. If yah do some forum searching you might find some info.
