Which do you go with? I followed DynoJets and it seems to be running good not stalling or anything. So i called Yoshi and they recommend something else, 155/150 mains, air/fuel 1 1/2 turns and 2 1 3/4 holes in the lid. So what do i go with. The Bike is a raptor by the way.

Have you tried reading your plug? It is hard to read them sometimes, you may need a magnifying glass to see the particles. Try a plug check with a new plug.

Well, to be honest with you ~ I would trust Dyno Jet until you get some good long hours on it so you can get a better reading on the plug. I've always noticed a better reading after 1 - 2 solid hours of aggressive riding. After all, I believe in checking your plug to the riding conditions that you mostly (normally) ride.
