I also run the GYT-R clutch in my 686, haven't had a single problem. The clutch lever does pull quite a bit harder than stock, but not hard enough to justify the $400 hydraulic clutch lever. Here are some pics of the install. You can install the clutch without jacking up the motor, its just a little tricky, PM me if you are planning to install yourself.
