No you have to drill a hole in the new mount that takes the place of the foot pegs. Then you put a bolt through your nerf and the bracket you drill a hole in.

Default Best Nerf Bars For Raptor

Bringing this subject back up.

Due to my weekend mishap I am re-searching nerf bars. I have read about the Gradons ProPeg nerf bars and the AC ProPeg nerf bars. I like the idea of the Peg and Bar being one unit.

My question that I have, is can the heal guards be used with the ProPeg bars or will I have to modify the nerfs and if so what is involved.

BTW: I like the Angled Sloping look of the Gradons

The AC pro-Pegs work well with the heelguards. I still have my stock guards and the Nerf bars run right in front of them. AC's fit great, but like other riders say, kind of a pain to get on.

I know this is an old post. I just installed a set of White Bros. on my '02, they fit nicely with the stock heel gaurds, mount to the front motor mount, mount (2 bolts) to the stock peg. They seem very solid, I put my 210 lbs on them and they held me just fine. No U bolts, I paid $150.00 and from what I have seen they look a lot like the Graydon's as far as rear heel angle etc.......
My $.02
