I got the yamaha offroad accessory catalog and noticed that there was nothing for atv's, only dirt bikes. whats the deal? i thought is had the aluminum guards and overfender kit and all in it. is there more than one?

 

Yes. There are actually several different accessory catalogs offered by Yamaha.

OffRoad [Dirtbike]
ATV
Motorcycle[Virago, etc]
Star [V-Star,RoadStar,etc.]
Sort Street [YZF,R6,R1,etc]
Generator

I was unaware that the off road catalog had any ATV accessories.

 

Yes there is more than one catalog. You need to get the 2002 ATV accessories & apparel catalog. I called the 1-800 number on the Yamaha web site & I got mine before my dealer!!

 

I got the atv accessory catalog from the dealer when I ordered my a-arm guards, but the dang overfender kit is not in it. Only the ones for the wolverine.

 

The catalogs that Yamaha puts out give so little information that it is hard as hell to decide what you will be spending your money on after you buy the thing. Go to your parts department and ask to browse through there GYT-R catalog for the Raptor. They let me! Then I told them I could get the chit cheaper somewhere else! No Just kidding!
