what type Spark plug is everybody running on there Raptor???????????

The reason why i ask it seem my Raptor is runs hot or i am just cazy.Or maybe there is a better plug 2 make engine preform better.

I run the stock NGK DPR8EA-9 with no problems.

No offence guardog But I think the splitfires are all hype!!
I asked my parts guy about them & he said he wouldn't sell me one even though they had some for those who insisted & the mechanic agreed. Once those were gone they weren' ordering any more.

I'm with the Moose, [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] The only real way to tell if you are running hot is with a temp gauge or a temp gun.

Stock plug and maybe you are running lean? If you have different pipe then stock?

Stock. What do the numbers on the plug mean? Isn't it possible to tell the heat range by the plug number?

The first # on the plug is the heat range of the plug. The lower the # is hotter the plug is.
