Well just got back from riding out in the river bottoms today. Everything was fine until i decided to try to climb a hill that i shouldnt have even thought about climbing. Well i hit it wide-open in 3rd and about half way up it i needed to down shift and when i did i popped the clutch and the next thing i know im staring into the sky with my tank warrior about ready to crush me. I jumped off and watched in horror as my quad tumbled down the hill. I ran (more like slid) down the sandy hill to see what damage i had. I ripped of my back plastic, bent the handlebars and nerfs pretty bad. It also somehow put a huge dent in my pipe.

After all this i got on it and it started fine, i drove it onto the road and didnt feel any wobbles. Drove back to the garage with no problems and put it up on a jack and looked at it. As far as i can tell i have no bent a-arms, no cracked case or anything major damage to the frame. The back left wheel wobbles a little bit, probably the bearings if i had to guess.

My question after all this is would it be cheaper to just order factory plastic or does anyone make aftermarket plastic for the warrior. One more question, would that dent in the side of my pipe affect it. Should i buy a new pipe. Thanks for any replies.

maier makes plastic for just about anything, dennis kirk and rockymountainatv both sell it. your just limited to what colors they have to pick from. if it was mine i think i would get mine from yamaha. just due to the fact that i like my colors. but if maier made the same color then they would be my choice.
