I run a T-Rex powervalve top end on my Banshee (Yes the FMF top end is a T-Rex top end made by Team Racers edge) and i can tell you that the picture of the PV top end on Trinitys site looks exactly like mine from the Rotax powervalve assembly, the YZ 250 reed valves to the pistons wich are Wiseco pistons by the way.It says on the Trinity site that they resleeved it to obtain a 410cc bore instead of the standard 400cc bore.
Now if you want to get around 80 rwhp out of this set up on pump gas that is you will at least need;CPI inframe drag pipes or real out of frame drag pipes,34+ mm carbs,10cc domes (160-170 psi compression at sea level)and most importantly a very serious drag racing type or very close to it port job.

Leave it at stock bore!! Get a good portjob and new carbs and a set of good pipes and reeds and all the little stuff and you will destroy the 410 with half the price. Find a good builder like allpro cycles, grand river racing (?) or I here some Rudy Kurtz is awesome also. A well built 350 with a good port will destroy a 370, 410, 420 etc.

This is good news. There is another thread that had a rumor that Yamaha wasn't going to build the banshee next year. I am planning on buying one late this year or early next year. How much do you think the 2002 model will sell for once the 2003 comes out?
