I like the Maxima chain wax when I'm riding in dirt but I use PJ-1 when I'm in the sand. The PJ-1 cleans off the chain easier I think; I hate having the sand gunked up on there with the chainwax.

I use Maxima Chain wax and the swingarm is encased in the stuff. Probably need too swith brands.....but......I ride often and I am still on the original chain. So the stuff aparantly does it's job.
