Bike shop you go to or lookin the mag of Dirtwheel and see what you can find.....

Do you need heel guards with the nerfs? Don't the nerfs bolt on to the footpeg bolt? You may need to customize something to get it to work...

That's what kinda what I figured. The nerfs still let my heel slide back. It's only happened once, but once will get you thinking about a way to avoid it happening again.
