It's nice to live in Texas you know. Nice weather year round. And best of all all the riding areas within driving that we go to are all privately owned. All the tracks and all the trails are owned by individuals or riding groups. Live on 2 Strokes!

Personally I think that the tree huggers are gettin a little out of hand here. It's easy for all these pencil pushers in the government to set out laws and regulations that don't directly affect them. Sure everybody's pushing for more 4 strokes but the way I look at it is we'll give up our 2 strokers when they quit driving their pavement pounding SUV's and limo's. We gotta stick together.

yes, you will still be able to use them on private land. The real problem is that not everyone has enough private land or knows anyone with enough private land to ride on.

I stop to get gas on the way home and a guy and girl were there getting gas for HER new Z400. She wanted a RAPTOR but was told 03 RAPTORS and WARRIORS are going to be RED STICKERED.This is the first I've heard about this I don't know if it's BS or what.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

That is the whole premise. Those ignorant ill advised do-gooders start whining and complaining (while eating granola), hey I can't help it they are starving without a good steak in their belly, anyway, we all have to shoulder the blame here. 2-stroke personal watercraft and boat motors are allready being banned on certain waterways. once those morons win a battle here and a battle there, they become more arrogant. Next it is quads, then snowmobiles. I think that when it comes to these sort of issues, we all have to unite and speak as one. Our "enemy" is united (and well funded) we have to fight even if their immediate cause is not ours, it will be next. All motorsports, hunters, etc need to work together.

 

Sorry guys, I hate to sound preachy but, it is a war....... and so far we seem to be losing.
