Hi Guy's..........Sorry for the late reply, I've been on vacation.

The rear plastic should cost you around $250, it should be a whole lot easier to for you to get now that te 2003's are going to be black.

I have never ran my Raptor in te sand with the stock tires. Believe it or not I had the tires before I got the Quad. I put money down on a 2002 and had to wait for one to arrive. I am very happy with the sand set-up. Dune Trackers in the front and Sand Devils in the real. 10 paddles, the Raptor has more than enough power to handle the extra paddles. You can spend more if you want on Haulers or something like that, but I get to throw sand 2 to 3 times a year so the Sand Devils should treat me just fine.

atvsaint44 ............... precious ............You cut me deep man!!

Thanks for te positive responses, I was VERY happy with how my project turned out.

The Carbon Fiber front nose piece is around $50.

The black does scratch pretty easily though. I drug the toe of my boot across my right fender at the dunes and left a pretty nasty scratch.....DANG!! It was bound to happen sooner or later.

Thanks for the help on the tires. Is the nose piece caron fiber or a look-a-like plastic peice? Which ever it is I like it.

It just looks like Carbon fiber, the back is just black.
