Theres really only glass at comp hill, the other 49000 acres are pure sand..

To answer the question of a good second paddle, I bought some sand devils and they seem to hook up pretty well. Not as well as the haulers and they are heavier, but I bought them for the cinders, where there are roots, so they should hold up much better.

Badass, Its all good. Maybe we'll make it there the same weekend sometime. I'm not sure if the extremes and the haulers are both 2 ply tires or not. Probably are.

Thanks Roostking.

Yes the glass is terrible at Comp hill Glamis. And the rest of the dunes is pretty clean. Pismos was fairly clean until last Sunday morning. It looked like there was a big party at what they call comp hill there to. Crap everywhere. Why can't people clean up after themselves?

Thanks for the vote of confidence on the .125s.

Badass, The Haulers & Extremes are built on the same carcassas. The ultralight or tripple buffs (I don't rember what their called but they're the drag only paddles) are the thin tires. The hauler & extremes are probably the toughest paddles you can buy.
